Our little man with Daddy's softball...

Ok, guys, first a pink bumbo and now a pink swing...what's the deal?  Good thing this is in the backyard!

Our wonderfully happy little Miss Hannah after a long Saturday afternoon nap.

My, how much she has changed in just one year...still too stinkin' cute, though!!!

Here fishy fishy fishy...

Craig's newest pride and joy...a 75 gallon fish tank with some very colorful fish.  If you're trying to visualize how big that would be, just imagine your bathtub or a fish tank you would see in a doctor's office.  It's REALLY big...there are several different varieties of African cichlids, some of which we've named...the biggest and most fierce is mine, a black and gold striped fish named Truman.  Hannah's is purple with a yellow tail and top and she named him Morrison (she came up with that name all by herself!).  We had to return daddy and Caleb's, Levi and Lightenin', because they were too aggressive.  We also have Snow White...the other six will be named as we go along...if you have any good fish names, send them our way!

Our little sickie...

Caleb has been fighting ear infections for about 6 weeks now and is currently on his fifth antibiotic...apparently he is resistant to them...we go back next Wednesday for a re-check and if they aren't any better we will be referred to the ENT for tubes.  On top of all of this he has an upper respiratory infection and has to have nebulizer treatments every four hours until he is better.  Here he is after his second treatment today...he is the BEST patient!!

Caleb with his little nebulizer...he does amazingly well with it.  15 minutes is a long time for our little dude to sit still, but with the help of his pacifier, everything is better!

Happy Birthday dear Mommmmmmmyyyyyy...

Well, it was time for me to turn another year older...it would be Ok with me if I could have just skipped a year without taking a number penalty, but no such luck.  I had a wonderful day with my family!  After work and opening up a box of presents from my parents we went putt putting...which was Hannah and Caleb's first time.  Hannah putted about two holes and then enjoyed climbing on the rocks and running ahead to the next hole.  After our outdoor adventure we went to the Moose Restaurant as Hannah affectionately calls Texas Roadhouse and had some of the most mouth watering loaded cheese fries before heading the the Parlour for a delicious ice cream sundae.  Hannah serenaded me with Happy Birthday dear Mommmmyyyy and made the whole day complete.  I guess if I had to turn 29 this was the best way to do it :)...

Caleb...six months old...

I know I write this all the time, but HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE???  Our little man is already 6 months old, half a year, 182.5 days...he is SO big...sitting up by himself, working on getting into the crawling stance when he is on his belly.  At his six month appointment he weighed 17 pounds 1 ounce and was 27 inches long.  He is outgrowing 9 month clothes mostly because of his length, although he does have some pretty pudgy little thighs (which is in stark contrast to his sister who is 2 and a half and can still wear 18 month pants)!  He has just started going to daycare full time and has adjusted really well...I think Hannah likes having him there and quite often he will visit her room during the day.  Caleb gurgles and squeals and screams the highest pitched scream you have ever heard.  He still loves watching his sister and Ike doing whatever it is they are doing.  He's a wonderful sleeper and I haven't yet known him to skip a meal :).  He's working on getting some teeth and with that anything and everything goes straight in the mouth.  He loves walks and singing songs and being held :)...who could resist that?

I am committed to putting up my photo studio to share some semi-professional pictures of our 6 month old little man...I'll post them when I get them done!

Here they are...a little late, but they turned out wonderfully...you would never know he has been fighting double ear infections for almost a month...he's a trooper and SO happy!

Ooops...sorry, Sis!!  I didn't mean it!

That's OK, I love you little man!

Some more firsts...

Spending a Saturday afternoon wrenchin' with dad...check out the determination on both their faces...we WILL figure this out!

Caleb's second date with his new girlfriend.  Their first date was to Logan's, however, they both slept the whole time.  He's only four months older...they get too big too quick!!

Our new device for having a partially non-fussy meal...the Ritz cracker.  Thank you, Mr. Ritz!!  You've provided so many minutes of peace for us!

Here's Hannah with her first Ritz cracker...May, 2009...again, check out the size difference.

After enjoying some buttery sweetness Caleb, for the first time, sucked his thumb...his LEFT just like his sister.  Not sure if it will be something he will stick with, but he enjoyed it this morning!
