Saturday we made an impromptu trip to the zoo. I think we have the realization that this beautiful weather isn't going to be around much longer and we need to make the most of it. It was a gorgeous day for a walk around the zoo to see some of our favorite animals. Mom's favorite will always be the penguins...Hannah is undecided, although she makes it known the animals she does NOT like by screaming, covering her eyes and wanting to leave. It's more the barn animals that seem to bother her. Caleb just enjoyed the ride and the constant snacking!

A perfect way to end a perfect trip to the zoo...with a picnic lunch. Caleb ate 1 1/2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, 1/2 of a blueberry fruit bar and 1 swiss roll. Need less to say, he slept REALLY well at naptime!!
